A trial balance is a report from your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.) that lists all your accounts. It typically includes account numbers, account names, and dollar amounts in debit and credit columns. To get yours: open your trial balance report, select all (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A), copy, and paste it here.
